Jetty manages
Job intake, scope control, the customer quote, booking communication, approved changes and completion review.
Sudbury launch in preparation
Jetty is not being built as a directory. Customers will deal with Jetty, while a suitable independent local contractor fulfils the agreed cleaning work.
Job intake, scope control, the customer quote, booking communication, approved changes and completion review.
The assigned independent exterior-cleaning business carries out the agreed physical work and records the required evidence.
One scope, one Jetty price, a provisional slot before payment and one point of contact for the managed journey.
The customer journey
This is the controlled route being built for the managed pilot. It is explanatory only; customer requests and bookings remain closed.
The customer sends the postcode, surface details, measurements, access notes and clear photographs.
Jetty checks that the work is in scope and confirms a suitable local contractor's capacity.
The approved scope, one fixed customer price and a provisional date are shown before payment.
Payment confirms the booking, then Jetty releases the full work order to the assigned contractor.
Before-and-after evidence is recorded and Jetty remains the customer's point of contact.
Why the price is not instant
The contractor's fulfilment price, relevant capability, capacity and provisional slot must be recorded before Jetty approves the customer quote. This avoids selling a job that cannot be delivered as described.
