The surface type, approximate measurements and work needed
Access, water, drainage and other relevant site details
Clear wide and close-up photographs of each area
Your name and contact details for assessment follow-up

What it will mean

A request starts a human assessment

Jetty records the request and provides a durable reference
Jetty reviews the service, location, scope and photographs
Missing or uncertain information may require follow-up
Any quote, contractor selection and booking steps happen separately later

An assessment request will not be a quote, contractor assignment, appointment, confirmed booking or payment. Customer intake remains closed during pre-launch.
